Our Client has years of experience in Singapore's construction industry with BCA A1 General Building grading, capable of handling large-scale public and private sector projects is looking for qualified candidates to join as
BIM Modeller (HDB/BTO). Responsibilities: Develop and update BIM models
Produce drawings from BIM models
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
Detect clashes and resolve model issues
Support site construction using BIM information
Prepare authority submissions and shop drawings
Requirements: Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training Certification)
Possess at least 2 years of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firm of a large project.
