Stream Head - Product Strategy

Role Purpose

Stream Head – Product Strategy is accountable for defining and driving the Digital Product Strategy for the SME Vertical, leading the complete product lifecycle from evaluation to commercialization. This role demands deep expertise in digital solutions, techno-commercial acumen, and a proven ability to build a robust ecosystem of SME-focused products.

Expectations / Areas of Ownership

• Own and drive the SME Digital Platform Strategy, ensuring seamless interoperability, coexistence, and commercial scalability across offerings.
• Define and maintain the Product Roadmap for digital offerings using an outside-in approach — anchored in customer needs, market demand, regulatory landscape, and competitive intelligence.
• Build industry vertical‑specific products and use cases across key sectors including Banking, Government, and Health.
