As a M&A Deals Consultant, you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping and supporting them tackle their toughest decisions. Your engagements will include a mix of corporatestrategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction-related work (commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation). Your work will be varied, fast paced - no engagement is ever the same.

What your days will look like

  • Planning initial hypotheses and analysis; formulating initial hypotheses based onpreviousexperience, knowledge of the sector and understanding of the scope of work

  • An ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively
