Strategy Support Lead

Core Tasks & Activities

• Researches and analyzes global AML regulatory updates (e.g., AMLC and BSP advisories, FATF guidance) and internal performance data to assess their impact on the current AML program strategy.
• Coordinates and documents strategic planning sessions, governance committee meetings, and regulatory update forums led by AML leadership.
• Tracks and monitors the progress of critical AML projects (e.g., system upgrades, new model implementations, regulatory remediation) using project management tools.
• Prepares and refines presentations, white papers, and communications on AML strategic objectives and performance for executive management and the Board.
• Supports the annual AML Risk Assessment process by aggregating data, documenting methodologies, and coordinating stakeholder input.
