Take ownership of high-impact projects across various operations-related verticals and workstreams. Define clear project objectives, monitor project progress, and inspire the adoption of planning and execution best practices. Collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to address key issues and develop actionable solutions for current operations. Design and implement reporting processes based on identified business requirements and collected data. Manage and track cost drivers across markets, and propose resource allocation initiatives to support the platform's growth strategy. Utilise strong analytical skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to deliver measurable results. Requirements:
