About the Role

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Marketing team support the Topline Team (via the Marketing Manager) by providing key market research information, brand health tracking dashboards & new product development support in line with the business strategy for the market. In this role, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

The position is a permanent position based in Accra.


About You

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills

  • Project management skills to collect and organize information clearly and precisely and enable fast and appropriate decisions.

  • Knowledge in research methodology; both qualitative & quantitative across consumer, trade and product testing

  • Building relationships across the businesses

  • Excellent management skills to implement ad hoc projects where required
