About the Role

Executive Sous Chef – Multi‑Brand Restaurant Group (Permanent, Full‑Time)

We’re looking for a passionate Executive Sous Chef to work and assist with leading a high‑energy, high‑volume kitchen with a very recognizable brand across Canada. Key responsibilities include supervising specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers; instructing cooks; coordinating day‑to‑day administrative requirements of the kitchen; and overseeing daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year; secondary (high) school graduation certificate; experience in a high‑volume commercial kitchen acceptable.

Salary: CA$75,000.00 yearly.
