Strategic Project Lead — Growth & Efficiency

Driving strategic initiatives (project-based role) across different markets and achieving business impact in growth, profitability, and efficiency.

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for problems and complaints, and manage compliance, contingency, and risk situations within the area of control.
• Support data analysis and competitor benchmarking, take a hypothesis-driven approach to address business challenges, identify new growth opportunities and initiate the project with a structured business case.
