Strategic Organizational Development & Change Leader

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager to enhance organizational capability and improve employee experience. This role is critical in designing programs for leadership development, change management, and talent development.

The OD Manager will partner with senior leaders to ensure alignment with business strategy and work on driving culture and performance improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in organizational diagnostics and change management.
