Strategic HR & Transformation Leader

Company Confidential is seeking a Strategic HR Head to serve as a partner to leadership in driving enterprise-wide people strategy, workforce transformation, and culture initiatives. This role will lead critical HR functions including Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, and Labor Relations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
