Strategic HR Leader: Workforce & Change in Utilities

Filinvest Development Corporation is seeking a Senior HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR leadership for power plant operations in Misamis Oriental. The role includes workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, 5–8 years of HR experience, and strong interpersonal and coaching skills. Experience in Utilities and knowledge of labor laws is preferred.
