Strategic HR Analytics Lead – Reporting & Insights

Victoria University of Wellington is seeking a Senior HR Reporting & Insights Analyst to lead HR reporting, workforce analytics, forecasting and insights that support decision‑making across the university.

You will work with HR, Finance, and Digital Solutions teams to ensure data integrity, build reporting frameworks, and provide expert advice on remuneration trends and workforce planning. The role requires strong analytics, SQL and advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
