Strategic Governance & Operations Coordinator

Boxfusion is seeking a Business Operations & Governance Coordinator in Midrand. This role will serve as a central point of coordination for governance, reporting, and operational oversight within the COO Office. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, ensuring effective governance and continuous operational improvement.

You will be responsible for maintaining governance data, tracking actions, and facilitating meeting coordination. A degree in Business Administration and relevant experience in operations coordination are required. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in-office and two days remote.
