Strategic EPC Procurement Lead for Packages

SPEMOCEAN PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced Procurement Package Manager in Singapore to manage end-to-end procurement activities for various mechanical and equipment packages within EPC/EPCI project environments. This role requires developing procurement strategies, managing supplier negotiations, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of procurement experience in oil & gas projects, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position includes managing the complete procurement cycle and coordinating with engineering and quality assurance teams.
