Job Description
Job Purpose
To support Central Stores administrative operations in relation to paperwork and data inputtingcompletion and to assist in certain Procurement administration tasks for a % of time.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Admin support to goods inwards and goods outwards in line with Navantia UK processes and
- procedures
- Provide support to various Depts/stakeholders in regard to material control
- Assist with Quality and H&S documentation and protocols
- Deal with queries from Finance, Procurement, Warehouse and Suppliers
- Raise Supplier Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) in support of Projects
- Input and maintain inventory on SAP e.g. Stock Levels, Descriptions, Cost Centers etc.
- Run overdue and incomplete order reports for status escalation
