The Villa Rose Hotel is seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to join our team. This role is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage and management of drinks and beverage stock, ensuring all deliveries are handled correctly and stock areas are maintained to the highest standards.
About The Role
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, check and sign for drinks and supplier deliveries.
- Verify deliveries against delivery documentation and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure all stock is stored safely, securely and in the correct locations.
- Maintain strict stock rotation procedures (FIFO) and ensure product quality standards are upheld.
- Keep stores, cellars and stock rooms clean, tidy and well organised at all times.
