Job Summary

Engineering Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient operation of the engineering store by overseeing the receipt, storage, issuance and documentation of engineering materials and equipment. They ensure that the store operates smoothly to meet the needs of engineering projects and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools and equipment in the store.
  • Define and keep optimising on ROQ and ROP.
  • Ensure service level up to desired levels while controlling inventory value.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder items to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a log of all issued items and track usage patterns.
