As a Zara General Manager , you own the full performance of a high-volume, fast-paced store. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you balance commercial results, team performance and customer experience — often at pace and under pressure.

Zara stores move quickly. Deliveries are frequent, priorities shift daily, and strong leadership on the floor is essential. Success means staying calm, making fast decisions and keeping your team aligned and motivated.
