The Role

The Store Manager works with the District Supervisor to oversee all store operations and to plan and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for merchandising, customer service, training and development of their team. They must adhere to all company policies, demonstrate professionalism and integrity, and create a climate of trust and respect. They monitor performance and take immediate action on substandard performance, leading to a positive customer and employee experience.
