Key Responsibilities

• Lead the local business strategy with the Area Manager and continuously reach performance targets.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs; develop monthly plans based on productivity targets.
• Ensure excellent store administration, manage inventory and day‑to‑day operations.
• Drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1‑to‑1 meetings and celebrating successes.
