Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and service providers.
• Monitor utility usage, repairs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the mall management and tenants.
• Address tenant concerns and ensure lease compliance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize mall events and promotional activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through cleanliness, signage, ambiance, and customer assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years' experience in mall operations.
