Store Manager (Beauty & Wellness - Johor Bahru)

Overview

We are currently working with a renowned beauty & wellness brand to appoint a Boutique Manager who will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s positioning and delivering an elevated, personalized guest experience on the boutique floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability and track retail KPIs (Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, and NPS).
• Lead, onboard, and coach the boutique team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and service excellence.
• Deliver high-touch, personalized beauty consultations and execute clienteling strategies to build long-term VIP loyalty.
• Oversee daily floor operations, staff scheduling, inventory controls, and visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of retail management experience (Open to Beauty, Premium Hospitality, or Guest-Centric sectors).
