Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year, including anticipating seasonal needs and fostering a high‑performing, retention‑focused team culture
Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement while demonstrating a strong passion for operations, organization and process execution
Own and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability for delivering exceptional consumer service, accurate POS management, organized stock rooms with timely replenishment, precise pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, and consistent store cleanliness and recovery standards
