About the Role

Job Purpose

To manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of inventory and materials ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Store materials and products safely and systematically.
  • Issue materials and products according to approved requests.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller preferred.
