Store Duty Manager & Customer Experience Lead

Repco is seeking a Retail Assistant in Hamilton to ensure every customer has a great in-store experience, guiding product selection, upselling where possible, and processing sales at the till. You will also be a key holder, opening and closing, and running the Saturday shift.

The role requires a customer-focused approach with strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented attitude. Automotive interest is a plus, with full product training provided.
