Job Description

Senior Storage Operations Specialist responsible for providing mentorship and support to front‑line Operations staff, managing 24x7 storage infrastructure support, leading incident/problem management, and driving automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and support to front‑line Operations staff in all regions for advanced incident/problem management and deployment of automation solutions with focus on up‑time improvement, anomaly detection and predictive analysis.
• 24x7 support for all RBC storage infrastructure components working on a shift rotation (storage infrastructure implementation and management including IBM, EMC Dell, Pure Storage, Brocade, NetApp, Cohesity and related products).
• Assist global platform teams with critical production support where escalation is required to lead in troubleshooting and service restoration.
