Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Storage L2 Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise storage technologies, SAN infrastructure, tape libraries, and backup solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical support to enterprise customers, troubleshooting complex storage-related issues, and ensuring timely resolution while meeting SLA commitments.

Must Have

Strong understanding of Storage and SAN fundamentals Hands-on experience with Fibre Channel and i SCSI technologies Experience with HPE Storage Products (Online & Nearline) Expertise in at least one operating system (Windows/Linux/Unix)

Required Experience
