Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production/application support for STIBO MDM (STEP) platform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data, workflow, and system-related issues .
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
• Support data integration, data quality, and governance processes .
• Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and service requests .
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Assist in system maintenance, upgrades, and deployments .
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.

Mandatory Skills:
