This is a hands‑on role based at Oban Wharf where no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of our ferry operations, managing vessel interactions, keeping a close eye on manifests, coordinating departures, and ensuring everything runs smoothly as ferries come and go from the island.

You will be multi‑skilled, easily transitioning from wharf duties and logistics to engaging with guests, informing and assisting them with their itineraries, building genuine relationships, and inspiring them with the very best experiences Rakiura has to offer.
