About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and keep the kitchen area clean and odour free at all times.
  • Assist the service area especially during peak hours.
  • Assist in Operations during events with clearing and dishwashing.
  • Responsible for maintaining the equipment and utensils to ensure they are clean and in good condition.
  • Possesses thorough understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, the usage of cleaning equipment, and different types of chemicals used.
  • Undertake other duties assigned to by the Superior.
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in a hotel or related industry
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic English language proficiency
  • Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
