About the Role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and keep the kitchen area clean and odour free at all times.
- Assist the service area especially during peak hours.
- Assist in Operations during events with clearing and dishwashing.
- Responsible for maintaining the equipment and utensils to ensure they are clean and in good condition.
- Possesses thorough understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, the usage of cleaning equipment, and different types of chemicals used.
- Undertake other duties assigned to by the Superior.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in a hotel or related industry
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic English language proficiency
- Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
