Steel Fixing Foreman (Construction / Reinforced Concrete)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate steel fixing crews
• Read and interpret structural drawings
• Ensure correct rebar placement and installation
• Conduct quality checks before concrete pours
• Enforce site safety and conduct toolbox talks
• Manage materials and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years steel fixing experience
• Proven experience as a Steel Fixing Foreman
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of site safety standards
