Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining complex plumbing installations within a facilities or commercial environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety procedures, and company policies, while delivering a high standard of service and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault finding on plumbing systems and equipment. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot systems, identifying faults and carrying out repairs or part replacements as required. Install, modify, and repair plumbing systems, including routing pipework, installing components, and ensuring correct system operation. Maintain complex systems including water, drainage, sprinkler systems, air compressors, hydraulic lifts, washers, and steam cleaning devices.
