About the Role

We’re looking for Business Development Specialist to drive new business and partnerships within the UAE’s technology and innovation ecosystem. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who understands the UAE’s startup, SaaS, or finance landscape and is eager to grow with a fast-moving, globally backed fintech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within tech, finance, and innovation sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with founders, CFOs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Present and demonstrate the organization’s platform to potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Work closely with the CEO and partnerships team to align sales activities with company growth goals.
  • Contribute to sales materials, outreach campaigns, and event participation (occasional travel required).
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
