Key Responsibilities

• Roll out creative HSE communications
• Support incident follow-up and investigations
• Develop metrics for HSE performance monitoring
• Coordinate with Workers Compensation Board representatives
• Facilitate meetings with Health, Safety and Environment Coordinators

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in health and safety
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel up to 15%
