Responsibilities

• As a Product Owner for Digital Channels, you will lead the evolution of our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.
• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the primary voice of the customer within the development team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UX/UI, Engineering, and Marketing to gather requirements and customer feedback while communicating clear priorities.
• Create mockups and low-fidelity prototypes to assist with development and validate ideas before full-scale production.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze product metrics and KPIs to understand customer behavior and product performance, using these insights to drive future enhancements.
