Job Description
We are expanding our Latin American teams by establishing a new São Paulo engineering hub. We are looking for Staff Software Engineers who can help build high‑impact engineering teams, shape local culture and technical direction, and grow the product across Latin American markets in domains such as Onboarding (Consumer & Business) and Money Movement.
Your Role
As a Staff Software Engineer based in São Paulo, you will be a core contributor to a LatAm engineering team. Your focus will be on building robust, scalable capabilities for Onboarding and Money Movement, integrating with local banks, payment providers, identity and verification vendors, and local payment schemes. You will design technical solutions, conduct code and design reviews, mentor teammates, and collaborate with global teams.
