About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious full‑stack engineer who can own product and design decisions, write specs, build features end‑to‑end, and help shape a high‑growth product.

Responsibilities

• Research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and design interfaces.
• Build and ship features end‑to‑end, wearing hats traditionally worn by product, design, and engineering teams.
• Design and implement automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and signing‑offers‑within‑our‑app feature.
• Collaborate with customers to identify requirements, prototype, and integrate features into the product.

Requirements

• Comfortable with all layers of the stack, from frontend to backend infrastructure.
• Experience tackling projects with high product and technical ambiguity.
