An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us on our older adults ward, specialising in the care of older adults experiencing mental health conditions including dementia.

We provide 24‑hour care within our purpose‑built assessment and therapy unit, working within a multidisciplinary approach that optimises each individual recovery.

We are a vibrant ward with an MDT‑focused pathway including non‑pharmacological approaches. We are activity‑driven and promote person‑centred care which supports both our clients and their carers.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for further assessment, planning and implementation of care using an MDT approach.

Responsible for the appropriate clinical risk assessment of clients within our care.
