About the Role

            Location and Working Details Location: Near Bright Hill MRT 
Working Days: 4 Days Work Week 
Working Hours: 12‑hour rotating shifts (7:00AM – 7:00PM / 7:00PM – 7:00AM) 
Salary: $3,000 and above (depending on experience)

Job Description Perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessments of residents. 
Develop and implement person‑centred nursing care plans based on residents' needs and preferences. 
Administer medications in accordance with organizational guidelines and protocols. 
Perform nursing interventions and monitor residents' health conditions. 
Escalate changes or abnormalities in residents' health conditions when necessary. 
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation. 
Ensure a safe and conducive environment for residents.
