Key Responsibilities

AI Infrastructure Enablement & Customer Support

  • Support AI infrastructure platforms used for semiconductor and HPC workloads, including Claude-enabled services via AWS Bedrock.
  • Debug, identify and fix, and resolve complex issues related to AI model access, performance, integration, and reliability.
  • Act as a senior technical point of contact for internal and external customers adopting AI solutions.
  • Partner with customers and internal application teams to onboard, enable, and optimize AI workloads.
  • AI agents development and market place deployment knowledge is a plus.<...
