Staff Engineer, SAP Human Experience Management (Employee central)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience: 6+ years
• Should be able to provide Production Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Should be able to conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Should be able to configure Employee Central modules, including foundational objects, time management, workflows, integration with S4 HANA and employee self-service.
• Should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR processes with system functionality.
• Should be able to provide guidance and support to the client during UAT, data migration, and go-live phases..
