Total Experience: 6+ years
Should be able to provide Production Support of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Should be able to conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Should be able to configure Employee Central modules, including foundational objects, time management, workflows, integration with S4 HANA and employee self-service.
Should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR processes with system functionality.
Should be able to provide guidance and support to the client during UAT, data migration, and go-live phases..
