Staff Engineer, Planning Transformation

This role is a key position within a newly created team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Assembly Test Central Planning division. This is an important role in fostering a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology to deliver business transformation. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible for identifying, leading, executing and deploying continuous improvement by providing strategic and tactical process changes to improve cost, time, efficiency, and quality. This position serves as a champion for productivity (increase speed and optimize resource).
