Staff Developer

Position Overview

Santec Canada is seeking a Staff Developer to join our Research & Development team. Reporting to the Director of R&D North America, this role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software that supports our fiber optic test and measurement equipment.

The successful candidate will work on both existing applications and the development of new desktop software solutions that interface directly with our hardware products. This position offers the opportunity to contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.

As the role involves close interaction with fiber optic hardware, the ideal candidate will be naturally curious, eager to learn how our products operate, and interested in understanding how customers use them in real-world applications.
