What You’ll Do

• Research, design, experiment with and build high‑impact end‑to‑end machine learning systems for customer growth.
• Contribute and drive the design of scalable ML solutions in production.
• Coordinate the work of applied scientists and machine learning engineers, providing research guidance and mentorship.
• Promote and role‑model best practices of data science, engineering, and communication throughout the organization.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior machine learning engineers in the team.
• Navigate existing ML research and apply it to solve industry problems.
• Contribute back to the research community by writing or publishing blogs, articles, or papers in respected scientific conferences.
