Staff Accountant

People Architects is excited to recruit a Staff Accountant for one of our manufacturing clients. The ideal person is someone who wants to understand what’s behind the numbers and really help improve how the business runs.

Position Summary:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of key parts of the monthly close, including accounts receivable, fixed assets, journal entries, and reconciliations. Just as importantly, you’ll dig into the “why” behind the results by helping to surface insights, spot trends, and flag opportunities to tighten up processes and improve performance.

We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, curious, and enjoys getting into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. If you like cleaning up inefficiencies, making sense of messy data, and working with teams across the business to get things right, this is the perfect job for you.
