We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant (Contract) to support core accounting and financial reporting functions for a Bellevue‑based organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely close processes, and strong internal controls. The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end close activities
+ Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
+ Perform balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
+ Support preparation of financial statements and management reports
+ Analyze variances and research discrepancies
+ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
+ Support audit requests and documentation (internal and external)
