• Serve as subject‑matter expert on CarBravo Platform, gaining deep knowledge and receiving training.
• Enhance dealer engagement and satisfaction through proactive outreach, informing them about new programs, updates, and promotions.
• Respond to dealer inquiries promptly and provide timely access to program details, resources, process assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Improve program adoption and compliance by addressing dealer concerns and helping resolve inventory, compliance, pricing, and warranty issues.
• Streamline communication between program management and dealers, maintaining high satisfaction through reliable and professional support.
