About the Role

            Job Responsibilities Design, implement, and configure system monitoring and event management tools such as OEM and BHOM 
Administer and customize application monitoring, including event correlation across systems, networks, applications, and other sources. 
Prioritize and maintain the roadmap while remaining hands‑on technically and accountable for delivery of outcomes. 
Assist internal users in designing and maintaining production‑quality dashboards for hardware and event statistics. 
Configure and manage custom reporting and alerting. 
Possess basic knowledge of OCP infrastructure and perform day‑to‑day operational checks, including system usage monitoring. 
Possess basic knowledge of Oracle databases, including patching and remediation of endpoint vulnerabilities.
