Sr Technical Program Manager, AWS Invoicing Global Tax & Compliance

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to serve as the Single-Threaded Leader for a high-impact, cross-organizational program transforming how AWS delivers tax and invoicing capabilities at global scale. This role owns end-to-end program delivery across 5+ L10 organizations, driving alignment between product, engineering, tax compliance, payments, and go-to-market teams that do not share a common reporting chain. You will operate at the intersection of platform strategy and country-level execution—connecting a multi-year technical vision to quarterly delivery milestones while navigating competing priorities, evolving requirements, and complex regulatory landscapes.
